ASCII Text App Without Title Bar Or Menu?

I've just discovered a little app called "NailIt" that lets me
select any application and have it's window "Always On Top"... so
I can paste some frequently-referenced text into, say NotePad,
and have it just sit there always visible.

But NotePad's blue title bar and drop down menus take up
significant space in the context of a short text string.

Anybody know of something like NotePad that allows the title bar
and maybe even the drop down menus tb suppressed?

Never tried any, but there are plenty of programs that will let you post
notes on your screen, kinda' like a post-it:
