As a Media Extender

Hi All,

I have Vista Ultimate on one of my machines, I also have Vista Home Predmium
on another. That's the one I'd like to use as the extender? Is it possible?

What pray tell do you mean by "extender".

A Media Extender allows streaming of content between a PC and other devices,
such as X-Box 360.

My son uses the TV tuner in my PC downstairs to watch TV on his X-Box in his
bedroom upstairs.
We didn't have to run another cable to his room.

Thanks Tom. I'd never heard the term. At least not in relation
to computers LOL
