April 9, 2013 updates cause a Event ID 55 and nfts error

The April 9, 2013 updates cause a Event ID 55 and nfts error on both VM servers and regular workstations. In addition the KB2823324 update causes the license for Kaspersky antivirus not to be reconized and shuts down
Kaspersky. Any ideas on what is going on?
