I just got a Surface RT today, booted it up, went through the process. I don't know if this is supposed to happen, but the only apps I have are word, excel, etc.
I tried opening the store but all that happens is the splash screen for a few seconds then it closes. I noticed it also does that with the "Settings" app. So, I don't even have the camera app. I tried using the search to find updates but when I see search for updates I can't open the settings app. Anyone seen this before?
