I used the windows 8 install wizard and selected the "Just keep personal files" setting. After installing windows 8 I noticed my program files folder is almost completely empty, just some things that come as standard. Everything that I installed
before the update had disappeared completely, but they must still be somewhere on the hard drive, because it has exactly as much free space as before. Is this normal? Is there any way I can still access my old installed applications?
