Apple has increased the price of apps in the App Stores of several markets, including countries in the European Union, Norway, Russia, and is set to include Canada as well. Apple emailed developers in these areas to let them know of the changes earlier this week.
From 9to5Mac
The cost of the cheapest apps in the UK have increased from £0.69 ($1.04) to £0.79 ($1.19), while Czech site Letemsvetem reports that the price there increased from €0.89 ($1.05) to €1.14 ($1.35) – crossing the psychological €1 barrier.
The new pricing is still rolling out in some countries.
