I have NEVER been able to access Windows store. Every time I have tried, it buffers, and then screen goes to white and states 'we are unable to connect to the store.....' I am so unhappy with the Windows 8 that came with the HP Pavilion g7 laptop I purchased last year and would really appreciate getting the update. I am a novice when it comes to 'computer jargon' so other replies have been 'way over my head'. Can someone from Windows EMAIL me a link so I can update?
