In my original request for assistance, trying to install XP as a second O/S in dual boot capability, I constantly get the blue screen stop 0x0000007B (0xF78DA63C, 0xC0000034, 0x0000000, oxooooooo). I was advised to install XP SP3. Disn't help.
My question here is: could I have purchased a phoney copy of XP installation DVD? (Vendor on Amazon). I have noticed vendor ad for Dell specific XP install. So might there be an Acer specific version and that's my problem?
My Win 7 install is 64 bit, might this be the cause of 07B with XP?
