You forgot to include instructions.
1. Download the .iso to the Desktop.
2.Burn to CD.
3. -------
4.Insert the CD into the garbage can.
5.The ubuntu installation is complete.
( some people install ubuntu to the HD in step 3 ... skipping this step
saves about 2 days )

I can tell you with all the research that I have done (when I am sober) that
Ubuntu is just crap. Windows Vista or XP is the way to go but I still have
trouble with my setup of Vista. I don't seem to know what I am doing.
