Funny....I know there are no data caps here and obviously no such law.

Comcast is testing caps in select markets for residential customers. It 300gig a month and if you go over it's like 50 cents a gig overage charge.
As far as the comment goes. Comcast 1st tier support reps are at best clueless. Some of the things they say is nuts.

Well according to the article Comcast has a 250GB cap after which you are charged. The new cap in the new market was smaller if I remember correctly.
You are correct. The old cap was 300gigs and now they lowered it to 250.
