Alt key gets stuck randomly?

Okay. I'm just using my computer, typing something (in a game or on a website) and suddenly it doesn't type anything. Then when I click on a link, it downloads the link instead. I have Sticky Keys unchecked, I tried pressing both alt keys at once, but still nothing works. The only solution I found is pressing a key on my spare keyboard (I have a laptop) but it only unsticks temporarily. It happens without pressing the key at all, please help?
