all 64 bit program have problem after Update windows 8

Hello

when I install windows 8 all program install and work fine
but
after first fully update windows 8, all 64 program such as office (word &amp excel &amp ... ) have problem to run :

the application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application.
