I have a number of network adapters installed on my Lenovo 3000 N200 including wired and wireless connections, internet tethered phone connection and VPN for Blackberry.
Last week all of these suddenly stopped working at the same time so I upgraded drivers and tried different connections all to no avail. The machine will not connect to the local network or the internet by any means at all.
On the wireless connection utility I can see my router and everyone else's in the street, but a connection cannot be made either by wireless or cable to the router or to the modem itself.
This sounds like a common-mode failure but I don't know where it might be as I have checked all of the system files using sfc /scannow which reported no problems (except for remote desktop which works fine)
Hopefully, this is not a hardware failure?
