How can this be spam? it doesn't advertise anything, and the text is nothing
but gobbly gook, baby babble! Not even a web site url, learn your definitions
better.

It is needless garbage that no value, a form of spam.

A possibility...
A soon to be new spammer is testing his software before starting
production of large amounts of spam.
These messages have been cross posted and multi posted to a lot of
newsgroups, another indicator of spam..
