After windows updates installed 0n 4/10/13 most of our windows 7 computers run chkdsk every reboot

After windows automatic updates installed 0n 4/10/13 most of our windows 7 computers run chkdsk every reboot. NTFS file system, System starts up Ok &amp seems to work properly.
