After windows ran an update Monday night, when I went to start my computer Tuesday I keep getting an error when I open applications, like Internet explorer.

It pops up a box RunDLL and inside the box it says "There was a problem starting C:UsersDionne. The specified module could not be found"

Last year sometime we had made another user on our computer for my husband Dionne, but we ended up not using it. We never did anything with it to my knowledge.

I restored back to before the update. Found the User file it is referring to and deleted it to the recycle bin. Then shut the computer off and let it do the update again hoping it would correct the problem. But it has not. I'm not sure what to do.
When I restored, before I shut down again, it did correct the problem, so it is something with the Windows update causing this.

I have not deleted this file from the recycle bin yet.

Thank you for any help. I am stumped on what to do to fix this.

Holly
