Active Sync and local Archive folder

i have configured mailbox and running local archive folders in outlook 2010........

In windows mobile i have configured same mailbox account with activesync...................

problem is mail that are going to archive folder after a week , that are not available in active sync mobile.......

how to save the all the mails in active sync mobile
