Windows 2003 ACL on server

Dear All

I a small issue, before going directly to the problem, let me take you
through the scenario.

SCENARIO
--------------
We have file servers (windows 2003) in our branch offices, in those servers
along with users home drive we have also created a department drive.
Department drive means, I create a folder called Enggineering, and given
access to all the users belongs to engineering department. Which is simple.

PROBLEM
-------------
The problem I'm facing here is, if someone (in the eng. dept) copy a file to
that dept. drive, I don't know who copied the file there. The reason why I
need to know this is, many people copy some music files there, (which is
violation as per our company policy). Since many of them have an access,
I'm unable to pinpoint who copied this files.

I'm aware I can stop copying such files thru Windows 2003 R2, however at
this moment, I would like to know who copied these files, so that we can
reqeust/warn that specific user.

Did you check the ownership from the file properties?
