Accidently added MS Exchange in setup, not POP or IMAP while trying to setup...

Original Title: Microsoft Exchange


Using Outlook.com, but accidently put MS Exchange in setup, not POP or IMAP. It won't let me change it. How do I do it and is Outlook POP or IMAP?
