Mr. Smith

I have a few printers being served from server 2003, latest service
packs/updates.

Problem is that from time to time, more than I would like to deal with and
to the point where users are upset over it. They are receiving an Access
Denied Error when going to use the printers.

If I was to reboot the workstation that is experiencing this it seems to go
away. Can someone please shed some light on this for me as I am in loss as
to why this is happing, and need to correct it?

I am in an active directory domain, the printers are shared to allow
everyone print rights, and also to allow all users of the domain print
rights.

Hi
Any errors in the event log, this only happens when accessing to the print
server or happens in access to all resources?

I hope that the information above helps you.
Have a Nice day.
