Access 2013 and Win 7 High Contrast Black theme

I've heard that Access 2013 colors are very bad for even the well sighted. I have Win 7 and use the High Contrast Black theme. My Word 2010 & Excel 2010 reflect that theme. Would Access 2013 show that theme? I've tried to purchase
Access 2010 but have had little luck (I figured that would work like Word 2010, etc.)
