About amd cpu issue on windows server 2008 std 32 bits

Hi , I got a issue here with windows server 2008 std 32 bits.
The os under properties, unable to detect all 4 amd processor .
whereas in device manager , it can detect all cores.
Is there any fix for it?Or any reason to it?
