Not sure what made me look at readersdigest.com.au but I was certainly
surprised. Using Firefox, I find my full screen suddenly taken down to the lower
size after a little while. As I changed from one part of the site to another I
expanded the display again only to find messages on the bottom line resulting in
another decrease in the screen display.

I took some considerable time before it finally settled over a 10-15 minute
period when I was trying to read 'Laughter is the best medicine'.
Interested in why that should be so - I looked at options and went in and
'deleted all cookies' and the display started varying again from Large to Small.
I then tried MS Explorer and it display fine with no variations - I could not
find a place in that program to kill the cookies so that may have been the
reason.

I have not had that kind of trouble with any other site than the readerdigest.

Verified.

Firefox doesn't handle the site very well.

IE 7 displays the site nicely but occasionally complains abour an error on
the page.
IE 6 surfs through the site with aplomb.

Strange and annoying behaviour from Firefox. You should report the problem
to the folks at Mozilla.
