I am running Vista Home Premium (sigh) on a laptop that is 4 months old and
out of no where, when trying to play an ordinary DVD - I got this error
message: A critical windows media center process has failed.....
I have done tons of "internet research" and other searches - and then I
followed all of the steps suggested by various users.... NO Luck.
Any thoughts are appreciated!

This issues seems to be tied in with Media Player 11, whereas it is now not
functioning properly.

If you need more information to better help me discern what is going on,
please let me know.

Thanks

What's the specific data around that fault bucket in the Problem Reports and
Solutions center--
