Due to the number of attachments that people have to go through each day,

there should be a "close and delete" button included in Office apps, allowing

users a one-button solution to disposing of files once they are done viewing

the content, instead of closing it and then having to go locate it on the

desktop or other file and delete it.

The system already does that automatically, UNLESS the USER starts

saving attachments willy nilly all over the place. It's the USERS

responsiblity to manage the files they wish to save, so if you don't

want them saved, DON'T save them! Again, DON'T SAVE the files if you

don't want to delete them.
