I am using 802.1x authentication. When user tries to logon to domain on their
computer using their AD user name and password, user will run logon script
to map drives. they can map other drive by script except the
"Home Drive" . There is problem when mapping "Home Drive"
Sometimes they can't see it on my computer, but sometime they see it but
"Access Denied" when double click.

I am using Windows Server 2000 IAS, and Zyxel GS2024 as switch.

Michael, you need to go - all by yourself - through the standard diagnostics
cycle that will include traffic captures, analysing event log entries on the
client, analysing event log entries on the RADIUS server, enabling
diagnostic logging on the switch, enabling diagnostic logging on the client
(along the lines of running "netsh ras set tracing 8 enable" and examining
filew in %WINDIR%\Trace after logon).

Also - elimination: try computer-only authentication, another NIC, another
switch.

Also - is your system configured to wait for network to start logon
(http://support.microsoft.com/kb/313194)?
