Our business keeps getting the following error when sending batch emails to our staff;
SMTP1 #550 RATE LIMIT: Too many messages sent in the last 1h
Certain messages still go through and I can't find a trend. Our ISP (TalkTalk) has said it is not an issue at their end but a Microsoft SMTP issue.
We use a catchall (POP3 email) and distribute to our network via Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 which is running on Microsoft Small Business Server 2011.
I have check this morning and neither our IP or company domain are blacklisted.
Any help/advice would be much appreciated.
Thanks
