This blog will showcase the success of Viva Learning for customers like Grundfos, Avanade and Music Tribe. Viva learning has made it possible for them to consolidate learning content and tools into a single hub for easy access, offer personalized search and discovery features that enable employees to curate their own learning collections and make learning accessible from any device and location.
1. “One-Stop Shop for Learning”
Learning content comes in many forms, and there’s nothing more frustrating than having to switch between several windows and platforms to learn. Viva Learning consolidates a wide range of learning content and tools from various formats and sources into a single platform so that employers can have one central hub for employee learning.
A customer of ours, Grundfos, had an abundance of learning opportunities for their employees but lacked structure. The result was that their employees found it difficult to navigate through the learning resources they had available, creating confusion. Employees found themselves struggling to store their learning courses of interest and had to revert to doing things like manually saving links of courses they’d like to revisit later. To address this, the company chose to invest in Viva Learning to consolidate their learning opportunities into an organized single destination in Microsoft Teams.

Personalized search and discovery on Viva Learning means that you’ll have access to a wide variety of content that is tailored to your interests. This ensures that you are able to find the most relevant and appropriate content for your learning goals. You have the ability to select topics of interest that will then help populate the curated learning recommendations Viva Learning offers to you.
Another one of our customers, Music Tribe, made a commitment to employee learning, by giving everyone in their organization one day per month of dedicated learning time. Since then, they’ve had an increase in employee engagement and employees are now spending an average of 10 hours per month on learning. One of the requests made by their employees was to have the capability to curate their own learning collections. This would allow them to have personalized course recommendations readily available for them to sort through on their designated day of learning each month. Viva Learning has made this possible.
