Good Afternoon, Happy Holidays!
I am trying to add a second DNS/DHCP server. Currently the only one we have is in another state and we communicate to it via BOVPN. ( this can't be optimal ) I am looking to improve resolution and network speed.
Some notes about our network:
only the main office uses Active Directory, pdc/dns/wins/(etc.) @ 192.168.1.250
main office: 192.168.1.0/24
branch office: 192.168.2.0/24
I can't seem to get constant resolution, i think if i get any at all, its coincidental.
