Hi Mike,
Most times I run that on anyone's pc, it shows hundreds of tracking cookies entries, over and over and over.
This is one of the main bug bares with SAS.
SUPERAntiSpyware will detect tracking cookies as "Adware.Tracking Cookies" and you can choose to remove them or leave them on your system. You may turn off this feature in the
Preferences >>
Scanning Control of SUPERAntiSpyware should you not wish cookies to be scanned, detected and removed.
Tracking cookies are not harmful like malware, worms, or viruses, but they can be a privacy concern as most are added by 3rd party sites.
Just set your browser to
Not Accept third party cookies and forget about them.
For some unknown reason SAS likes to make a big thing of Cookies.
When Nick Skrepetos ran SAS, it was a good program and was kept up to date.
But like most software programs, it got sold on..... and then just went from bad to worse.
I think this review of SAS sums it up very well:

is there better software for spyware?
There's a few good programs out there.... and all of them are better than SAS in my opinion.
Malwarebytes 3
Junkware Removal Tool
AdwCleaner
Emsisoft Emergency Kit
RogueKiller Anti-malware (Free)
All of these programs are written by or updated by Malware Removal experts. (the guys that regularly work the forums )
or even:
ESET OnlineScan
Most decent paid for AV's will detect Spyware ( or Adware as they like to call it now) but most programs don't have this option selected by default.
MalwareBytes does, as do all the other programs in the above list.
