when trying to set the resolution on my desktop @ 1024x768 the image is scrambled & the bottom half is black. Video card is ATI All
In Wonder 9800 Pro. Moniter is a samsung 173T. Operating system windows XP. Thanks for any help

Are you using an analog or DVI input to the panel? Also, are there any settings in the video driver with regard to refresh rate or display type? My current theory based ust on those symptoms would be an overly high refresh rate on an analog connection (LCDs require a lower refresh rate than CRTs to work without flicker, as unchanged pixels don't need refreshing)
