a lot of us got this problem it is a HACKER that changes u default settings etc and ive run virus scan clean result. as i cant even download or run software . plus i need try find my windows/32system as had message frm microsoft tell me 2 re register it but got no cd , it my 1st time on here just set my details earlier x
