I'm doing something a little different this year. Grilled pork chops with buttered mash, with a hint of cheese in the mash. Not decided on the veg yet. Something very sweet for desert...

I have never used any other browser than Firefox... maybe I just don't like change! I do get to sample other flavours on customers computers, but so far I have never seen anything that would persuade me to change over.

I forgot to mention before that the software is totally free. In the video, Eli is demonstrating an older version, but the latest version seems just as easy.

Myself and Dougie have been investigating a piece of software during the last week or so that may interest you guys. Have a look at the video. We have done a lot of testing in the last few days and it appears that this could be a good thing for anyone that repairs computers. Dougie may be able to tell us a bit more.

This young lady is named Claudia. She lived with me for 22 years. Each night when I went to bed, she would snuggle down beside me. If I became... er, restless, she would jump down. But when I woke in the morning, she was always right there by my side. This young mans name is Joey. Named after the Isle of Man TT racer Joey Dunlop Sinead is Joey's sister. It was hard to tell them apart. She's seen here sunning herself on Claudies memorial stone.

I mostly try to persuade the customer to let me install the updates, also explaining to them that there will be no extra charge for that. That gives me the chance to make sure there are no problems, and also to install the programs they need.
