    Yeah, unless you have a specific problem that absolutely requires the use of a registry cleaner, you shouldn't run one. It isn't needed in everyday computing and will only cause problems with your registry in the long run.

    In addition, if you are running Advanced System Care, you have probably damaged your registry.

    Those processes belong to Realtek. They shouldn't cause any problems with Steam.
