  1. In my environment, users log on and our home grown app automatically runs from a folder on the D drive (partition). Users do not have access to anything in their profile, except that app. (no desktop, apps, etc.) I noticed that the profiles are anywhere from 4-9 MB, this seems a little large, especially when 60-80 users log on. What's are some things I can do to keep these profiles to a minimum, or even possibly delete them after they log off?
  2. What error are you getting when connecting via the internet? Are you logging incoming traffic on your firewall to see if you are even getting past it? What client are you using? Try using "My Computer" or "Windows Explorer" NOT "IE". Personally I use Serv-U, it's very easy to setup and administer.
  3. Terminal Servers- Dell 1950- 2 Dual Core Xeon 2.0/4GB RAM/W2K8 ENT X64 Storage/License Server- Dell 2900- 1 Dual Core Xeon 3.0/6GB RAM/W2K8 STD x64
  4. One should NOT have to add any print drivers to 2008 Terminal Server in order for any printer to show up for a user's Terminal Session? (Speaking of TS Easy Print) I run an x64 Terminal Server 2008, and have a user that connects and does not see his HP Color Laserjet 3800n. This user is running Windows XP sp3. I installed the printer on my Vista sp1 machine, logged in as the user, and the printer maps (redirects) as it should. Does anyone know what the deal is here?
  5. Anyone using it? I've read about it, but is there an advatage to using it? or not using it?
