Thanks for yor reply Gavin, all I had to do was reinstall the software, I had lost the software cd and downloaded it from microsoft, such an easy solution, and there is no problem solutions for this problem on Microsoft Help.

keyboard hotkey\extra key problem I have a Microsoft 1.0a wireless keyboard. It works fine except for my hotkey\extra keys. Half work and half dont. the ones that don,t work are my music, my pictures, my documents and log off. Can anyone help me please Thanks Leon
