  1. What version of Windows? Does the first 80GB drive read the full 80?
  2. You need to hook the drive up as a slave to another computer with 2000/XP. When it boots go to (Right Click)My Computer -> Manage -> Disk Management. Right click the drive -> Change Drive Letter and Paths and remove M:. Then shut that computer down and reinstall the drive in your computer. That should fix your problem.
  3. I know you can't get to your desktop, but can you press Alt-Ctrl-Del and bring up the taskmanager? If you can you can get to run and follow these steps to clear your key so you can reenter it, and reactivate. http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;328874
  4. If they are all the same partition table, which it sounds like they are, then why don't you image the disk instead of partiton? When restoreing it will restore partition table, MBR, and formating. You will loose all data on drive being over written though.
