Hi, my 1st time on a newsgroup. don't know which thread i'm supposed to go to. Just wondering how I can get some advice on why my computer all of a sudden stopped working -screen goes black, the dreaded blue screen came 3 times, it keeps shutting off and it can't find/recognize any of my hardware (cd/dvd drives, monitor, cable modem etc.) an help at all would be greatly appreciated... J
