C: shows 12 gbs and D: show 137 gbs which equals 160 gbs Where is my other 160 drive at?? 2) I would like to mirror the data on 137 to the other 160 drive. Any help would be great!! Need to get this up and running by next week.

Just edit the autoexe.bat (make a backup first) with notepad and just remove that line. Running windows 98 the autoexe.bat will be in the C:\
