Hi Tony, thanks for the response. Yes, we are on opposite sides of the 'pond' but its only a plane ride away. I'm heading over to Las Vegas and New York in November to sample some good American hospitality :)

I lived and worked at RAAF Glenbrook, just as you start heading up the hill to Katoomba. Overlooked Emu Plains. Loved every minute of it :)

We are due to roll out Office 2010 soon and in the process of 'testing' the product, I discovered that if you right click on the Inbox, the option to Delete All is available....this could be a 'dangerous' option in the environment I work in so I was wondering if anyone knew of a way of 'disabling' or greying out this option?
