Under IIS 7.0 management, feature shared configuration, the check box for enable shared configuration is unchecked... TIA

I have the server up an running. I installed AD, DNS, DHCP, Certificates, and IIS. However anytime i go to add a role now (WSUS or FTP) i get the same error code: Anyone else see this? Any suggestions on how to fix this?
