Late last year, Microsoft officials said that the latest version of its Windows Embedded Compact 7 operating system was running slightly behind schedule and would be out in the first quarter of 2011. Have you checked your IP that you assigned to the server? I had a similar problem is was because the server was assigned the same IP as another box on the network.
