Virtualization allows you to have one main or more dedicated servers and break it down to make it look like many dedicated servers. Each virtual server or VPS is running it's own OS and looks to be a full server when in fact it isn't.

Even though Microsoft delivered updated Windows Phone 7 development tools to testers in early February, the first software update to Windows Phone 7 isn’t here yet.
