I notice that lately, the last week, that the updates to MS Security Essentials are delayed or not made available by at least two days. I make a habit of checking for updates on a daily basis, sometimes more often, before I open my browser. The updates, up until lately, have usually happened at least twice a day. Yesterday Security Essentials had no update available since 1/19/20113. Finally, toward the end of the day, it updated to something from 1/20/2013. This morning, 1/22/2013, I received two new updates which bring the current update to one which was created on 1/21/2013 at 9:05AM. Usually I would have received an update from something that was created yesterday PM. I wonder if there is, in fact, now a lag in available updates and their delivery to be downloaded? I really appreciate having Security Essentials available. I have tried several of the third party security software and found them to be expensive, cumbersome and very intrusive on the system. Security Essentials does the best job in protecting my computer! Just curious about the apparent update delay. Thanks, Carter View this thread

In Microsoft Flight Simulator X, when I create a Fligh Plan this message appears: "Error loading GPS Engine. Flight PLan will not be used." I just opened my Vista Media Centre and - whilst my existing TV recordings are accessible and playable - most of them have lost their programme title and description info. Only programme recording date/time and length are shown. I checked the 'raw' files on my hard drive and they are all ok. Any ideas how to get the details back? View this thread

Ever since I got this unit, I have been unable to get the DVD drive to work. I right click on properties and it shows all drivers are up to date. The picture of the disk shows 0 space available and 0 free space?! The driver hardware reads hp CDDVDW TS-L633R and notes that the device is working properly?! Whatever disk I put in, it ejects and give me a message to insert a disk in to drive E (the DVD drive). Has anyone encountered this problem and then able to resolve it? View the thread

For the last two weeks every time I turn off my computer (two or three times a day) I get notice that Microsoft is installing 3 updates. The notice says the updates are being installed and the computer turns off. Surely there can't be that many updates. Is something wrong and is there something I can or should do? View the thread

I am having trouble uninstalling Microsoft Flight Simulator X from my computer. It currently runs Windows Vista. According to the messages I get after I go through the usual unsinstall routine, the program has been removed but when I look at the Programs and Features screen, the program is still there and is taking up 104GB of space on my C drive. Dear Sir, I got an issue when I configure outlook anywhere in outlook 2003 with exchange 2007. I configure outlook 2013 at WAN with cert installed. However, I got stuck at Windows mail security page.
