ahoj mám porblém s tiskárnou, není vada v tiskárně, ale někde v pc, když jí připojím k pc tak se mi vůbec neukáže že je připojena, udělá to jen zvuk jako když se připojí usb, ale jinak nic ani se to okénko když připojíte usb s tou zelenou fajfkou, ale např. když připojím mobil tak to se mi tam ukáže že jsem to připojil. I have just purchased a new computer with Windows 8 installed as its operating system, this system is of no use to me with its designer `bells and whistles' and little boys play things, I want something PRACTICAL. The windows media player that comes with it is of no use to me at all as a musician and I want the version 11. How can I replace Windows 8 with Windows XP on my computer. I used windows update trouble shooter and it was stated Windows Update database error detected and Windows update component must be repaired and according to the trouble shooter they've been fixed. No fixing when I tried to download again the update. I used System restore but no avail , the system couldn't be restored. I used the disc image to restore to a previous date, but still no successful update, View this thread

On March 9, 2013 I installed the update: Security Update for Microsoft Visual C ++ 2008 Service Pack 1 Redistributable Package, successfully. Since March 10, 2013 everyday in the Update History it now states that this Update has FAILED everyday. Error Code: 64C also I tried to install the update: Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Family Update, but it has FAILED everyday with error code: 80070673 also I tried to install the update: Microsoft Silverlight, but it FAILED with error code: 64C (KB2636927) Is anyone else having these problems and can you tell me how to fix these errors step by step. Hi all. I have always had problems with my laptop, an ASUS X53E windows 7 home premuim 65, far too many issues to mention but no one has ever been able to identify causes or proper solutions. The most recent issue is when I logged on earlier, some icons were pictured differently on destop and task bar, continuous crashing, mouse jumping around. Event viewer is showing audit success and failure logs for unknown account logons and special logons. 8 of these events with known logons were all logged at the same time and second and I wasn't even using the computer at the time? Whilst its been on the desktop has reverted back to normal. I have done a scan but its not found anything. This is a constant occurrence and I have done numerous restores. Any ideas? Following Windows update KB2807986 (unusually, a single update on 22/3/2013) my Internet connectivity keeps dropping out and then reconnecting intermittently..........very bothersome, does anyone have a fix/answer please? Here is the situation: 1) I have an shortcut icon for "go to my pc" on my desktop. I have always been able to click this and get my log-in screen (I use Gotomypc daily for work). 2) recently my Windows Updates upgraded my IE 9 to IE 10 without asking to telling me. I didn't like it and it wasn't compatible with my printer, so I came here, found out how to get rid of the upgrade and re-download the previous version. 3) I wanted to avoid letting Windows upgrade me again, so I fiddled around so that Windows would have to ask me before it upgraded again. I don't really know what I was doing, I was just trying my best. I am not really all that tech savvy. 4) Now every time I click on my Go to my pc icon, a message pops up asking "Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to this computer?" It says "User Account Control" on the top bar, it pings and I have to click yes in order for it to continue. This annoys me and I cannot figure out what to do to make that go back to the way it was. I also notice the icon has a little yellow and blue checkerboard badge on it that wasn't there before. 5) I have tried deleting the shortcut icon, and downloading it again, but it just comes back the same way. Please help - tell me what I need to do to clear the icon from this user account control stranglehold. I am the "administrator", why can't I tell it what to do?! Once you do a defragmentation how soon will you need to do it again my computer seems like it needs it quite often. Also I checked it like the next day and noticed something about the files that can not be moved. It looked like a fragment in the blue was green instead of red is that possible? When I was running the defragmentation I was watching the process it looked like there was green fragment every now and then in the blue. View this thread

I am using IE9 and Chrome 25.0 on an up-to-date Window 7 PC with Service Pack 1. I use Microsoft Essentials for anti virus protection. Several weeks ago I started having difficulties viewing web pages particularly where video images were displayed. The problem seems to be limited to IE9 and Chrome but does not seem to affect Firefox. I attempted to install IE10 but the update consistently fails with an error code 80200053. I’ve also seen that error code when trying to install a new graphics card driver. When I run SFC /scannow trying to find corrupted system files nothing is found and when I try to run the MS Fixit program it either doesn’t find a problem or it says that the Fixit software is unsafe. Other system updates seem to work OK. Other anomolies show up like I was able to installed Securnia 3.0 but it won't load and run successfully. I'm going round in circles. View this thread

Unable to run Windows Update, whether automatic or manual, responds with error 80004002. Have Dell 580 with Windows 7 Homje Premium 64 bit. Fix It didn't work. Neither did Windows Update Diagnostic. Windows Update Agent Installer encountered &quotunrecoverable error&quot. Windows Update Readiness Tool apparently installed but gave no response. Stopping and restarting Windows Update didn't work. Every single Windows 8 update since December 22, 2012 has failed to update. I go into control panel and check for updates and it lists multiple 30+ updates that are needed. Automatic update/install is turned on. I check the log and the status of every single update since 12/22/12 is &quotfailed.&quot The update code 80246008 is common. I have windows XP Service pack 3. I have 3 Identies on this machine. When I open windows update on my identy It goes to the page instructing me to click on link to download active x control.
