Okay, I have a bunch of Mp4s that i want to play on Windows Media Player, they are all the same type and everythig all come from the same website, but some of them when I drag them into WMP the screen goes black and then comes back all distorted and a box says " the ialmrnt5 display driver has stopped working normally. I use Mozilla Firefox for my internet. Previously I had no problem attaching files or uploading files to Facebook, etc. and to my emails. Now I can't upload or attach files. When I try to upload or attach in Facebook, it sits there for a minute and then says no files selected. On emails it just does nothing. What could be causing this problem? The problem that I am having is this; When I go to the Help and Support and when I go to windows update all I can see is; "undefined". After the announcement Microsoft would be phasing out XP after discounting support in early April. If there is versions of Vista available for downloading or purchase on CD ROM I would be considering purchasing the CD as payment options would include interac online or by cheque. Couple of months ago I purchased a Surface RT with £25 App voucher. Although I can buy the apps, it keeps asking me for a code. More recently, it comes up with a 'call us over protective' message and again asks fo this code. Problem is, the email that it says it will send the code to is not mine although close. It tells me that I my email address id 'qw*************@hotmail.com.' It should be 'w**********************@hotmail.com'. Soo here is goes . I thought this was a browser issue but seems to be more that that . (Lets start off by telling you about what i am using. I have a ZT tower with 8g of ram and a windows 8.1 64bit operating system . * Original Title: HomeGroup access I recently had a virus on my computer, and had to have the system restored. I'm signed is with my Microsoft user account and on the correct (only) network. I am the only person that uses the computer, so am also administrator. When I go to my HomeGroup, it shows it, but I cannot access anything as it says have to join it. It acts as if I did not create it in the 1st place! And the password I have always used, says it is incorrect. There are 4 computers in front of me now. Two are hp 17 inch notebooks (consumer) Two are hp 17 inch mobile workstations (business) On the consumer notebooks i can view the files on each of my external 1 TB hard drive and 1 GB flash drive. After switching from phone company DSL to cable company internet service I attempted to enter a web chat that is Flash dependent. I was told I had to upgrade Flash but I already had the latest version. I was told to upgrade my browser, in this case Firefox but I already had its latest version. Now my antivirus from Morton 360 is blocking the download of Flash but not the download of the browser. Should I uninstall the Norton program?
