I am continually receiving pop ups from My Search Dial Solution and would appreciate knowing how to block those popups and remove this malware. Also, I can run Adwcleaner on a case by case basis by going to: <http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/ but cannot load it on my hard drive. I am given the option to scan files, browsers etc but cannot save it to my harddrive. I have to load <http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/> my browser each time to use this application. I would appreciate your help with each of these. Thanks, Robert Ishmael <*** Email address is removed for privacy ***> Continue reading...

Hello & Help! I have been battling with a "hijacked" laptop (win8 64) for almost a month now. "Whoever", is controlling my action center, blocking my email program and God knows what else. I contacted a windows help site (not Microsoft) that ask you to update your virus/malware programs, run them then download a couple of other scan type programs, in which I did. I've completed every thing except this program called DDS, when I double click it I get a message saying dds will not run in compatibility mode. All this program does is list "error messages" and a couple of other things. When I go to tools, the only thing in my compatibility list is Yahoo. I'm at witts en…

iTunes Radio may be the new kid on the block, but it has already ranked as the third most popular streaming service in the U.S. The runaway leader is still Pandora but behind that Apple's offering is only just behind iHeartRadio, while placing higher than the likes of Spotify, Google Play All Access and Rhapsody. Aside from the U.S. Apple has only officially released iTunes Radio in Australia, so most of us are still waiting to give it a proper try. But there's no doubts that it has begun to capture imaginations, potentially even opening up music streaming to a market that may not have tried it before. Did you find yourself moving primarily to iTunes Radio from anot…

Oh yeah. This is totally decadent. Totally. But that's how Vaja does things, right? And the Lucy Clutch for iPhone is the opposite of an exception. A combination iPhone case, wallet, and carry bag, it's hand crafted like all of Vaja's creations, but is it practical? The Vaja Lucy Clutch is small, easy to hold, easy to zip and unzip, and yet still has plenty of space for all of your cards, your money, and any other small item you may want to cary for example, lip gloss. There's a dedicated iPhone pocket, 2 general purpose pocket, and card holder good for 3 cards. None of the pockets zip or otherwise close, however, so loose change and other small items can tumble around …

Touch ID is one of the things Apple says they've improved and made more reliable with iOS 7.1. As with any complex piece of software, however, what makes things better for many people can sometimes break it for a few. That seems to be the case with Touch ID and iOS 7.1. A few of our readers have reported that instead of making Touch ID better on the iPhone 5s, iOS 7.1 broke it completely. If you're having problems with Touch ID after updating to iOS 7.1 here are few things you can try to fix it. 1. Delete all your prints from Touch ID and add them again The easiest place to start is by deleting all your fingerprints from Touch ID and re-registering them. Launc…

I want my Windows 8 laptop and my Surface RT to be able to use one mouse and keyboard. Just wanted to put that out there. Thanks again for a great product and my high blood pressure, Microsoft!
