Thanks to iOS 7.1 and the super-fast Apple A7 processor the iPhone 5s can now be set to quickly and automatically take high dynamic range (HDR) photos whenever it senses both bright lights and deep shadows in the same image. That makes it great for photos where the sky is clear but the trees are dark or when you want to capture a friend or family member at home and the lighting balance leaves a lot to be desired. Best of all, auto-HDR is really easy to turn on! How to enable HDR Auto on the iPhone 5s Launch the Camera app Tap on the HDR at the top. Choose HDR Auto. That's it. Your iPhone 5s will now choose when it's appropriate to use HDR, and when it's …

Steller for iPhone lets you create beautiful stories through your images, words, and videos. Create categories and then fill them with all of your memories. You can then share your creations however you'd like. Need inspiration? You can easily check out what other Steller members are creating too. We take lots of photos with our iPhones but what do we do with them once we have them? While you can always [create a shared Photo Stream](, it's nowhere near as interesting as a visual storybook that contains not only photo and video, but your own words. If you're familiar with Storehouse for iPad, you'll be right at home with Steller. The concept is very similar. You…

Microsoft Office for iPhone and iPad is reportedly ready for release, so why has no-one seen it yet? According to a report from Reuters, new Microsoft CEO, Satya Nadella, is at the center: Microsoft already has a full iPhone and iPad version of Office ready for release, the sources said. The only question is when Chief Executive Satya Nadella, who took over in February, will pull the trigger. Nadella wants to widen Office's customer base but has to balance that with the flagship Windows franchise, which benefits greatly from tight integration with Office, especially on desktop computers. We've been hearing reports of a version of Microsoft Office for the iPa…

Original title: Surface Pro HD Graphics 4000 9.17.10.3062 I have 5 surface pro's in a medical environment. They are all Windows 8 (not 8.1 as the integrated IE11 interferes with the md database). Screen resolution is set to 1366x768 in order for the database program to properly fill the screen. 4 of the tablets have HD Graphics 4000 9.17.10.3062 and they work fine. The resolution totally utilizes the full size of the screen. The 5th tablet does not have that driver. I cannot seem to find it anywhere. I have turned off updates. I have tried every drive from intel website but they force me to use the 1900x resolution in order to use full screen. Any other resolution make…

My computer has restarted itself several times, it tells me it's a problem with my Intel Rapid Storage Technology Driver. The solution is apparently an update from ASUSTeK Computer Inc. I have downloaded this update (file name: IRST_12.8.0.1016_ANdisable_Win8.1_64), and I've tried both right-clicking and running as administrator and simply double-clicking and the same result occurs - A black box opens with writing, more writing appears, then it closes (. I have sat and waited and there is no indication that there is an installation wizard loading any time soon, or that there is anything installing at all. I was wondering if anyone knows the solution to this problem, …

Hi, I have 2 problems with Windows Speech Recognition that I need help with: 1. Whenever I start Windows Speech Recognition it immediately inserts the words ‘The on’ or ‘The on up’. This becomes quite annoying if you use the software frequently because you have to delete that phrase before you can continue dictating. I can’t delete these words from the Windows speech dictionary because it only allows you to prevent individual words appearing and not entire phrases. 2. Another problem I have is that Windows Speech Recognition randomly inserts a word (the same word) into sentences repeatedly when I don't want that word and didn't say it. I can’t edit thi…

I've tried to do backup and all settings of it are available, but then windows sais "The request is not supported (0x80070032)". I followed instructions on this page, and here's the problem. Task Scheduler is disabled and cannot be enabled, while everything is alright with all the other services. I've done the same backup before with the same external disk in the same way and everything was absolutely fine. The problem started right after an update, so the technicians may find the source of the problem in update files. Continue reading...

I am using Windows 7 and IE-11. I just migrated from a hard disk going bad to a new had disk for my C: drive (don't know if this is part of the issue or not). All of a sudden I can no longer download any files. I have no other problems that I am aware of. When I try to download anything I get to the ribbon at the bottom of the screen that asks if I want to "Open" or "Save" and no matter which button I click nothing happens. I get no error messages. I have deactivated Norton 360 both anti-virus and firewall but no fix. Norton support was no help, they wanted to remote into my computer but we could not download the required file. I have reset IE-11 to default settin…
