Just installed GE 7.1.2 r0, and instead of Panoramio photo, shows only white. But when I change QtWebKit.so.4 library or delete, it shows a photo in a moment before crashing application with error: ./googleearth-bin: symbol lookup error: ./libQtWebKit.so.4: undefined symbol: _ZNK8QPainter16clipBoundingRectEv Has anybodu solved the problem, or there is no sense to install newer version of GE on Linux? I have an OEM Windows XP Home Edition. I downloaded both the ISO and the network version of Windows SP3 from the Microsoft update website. I tried the ISO version first and it failed to logon to Windows with an error that said the product key was invalid for this media type. I restored back to SP2 in safe mode. I unmounted and deleted the ISO. I tried the networking version for IT pros and got the same error after the restart. How can I fix this so that I can successfully run SP3? Excel 2003, XP I can't delete or change the name of a file. I get this measage "can not delete, access is denied make sure the disk is not full or write-protected". Windows XP Pro - I receive an error message when I try to access shared folders on one of my networked computers. The message says, "\\Username is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of the server to find out if you have access permission. Access is denied." I wonder if you can help. I have a Lenovo H520 desktop with a Realtek RTL8188E Wireless LAN 802.11n PCI-E NIC wireless adapter. The H520 came with Windows 8. In January of this year I upgraded to Windows 8.1. After the upgrade the adapter could no longer find any networks. Lenovo support recommended "refreshing" the computer which reverted it back to Windows 8. This solved the connectivity issue, but consequently I had to reinstall all programs/apps I had loaded since purchase. A real pain. I have a Toshiba laptop with Windows 7 installed. I purchased the partial upgrade to 8 thing, but it destroyed everything so I reinstalled the 7 and in the process lost the cd drive (won't open). This forum couldn't solve the problem, so I bought a new Lenovo laptop with 8 installed and upgraded to 8.1 when it became available. I hate it, have hated it from day 1, and can't stand it any more. The latest issue has me looking at linux. Since the Toshiba is not usable, can I use its license to downgrade the Lenovo from 8.1 to 7? I tried to open an administrator account but it requires a password and i don't have one and have no access to it and I own and am the only one using this computer. I just reinstalled all my devices and drivers for windows 7 about 5 or 6 days ago.The last 5 mornings, when i turn on my laptop, (windows 7), it starts 'configuring windows updates' which takes over 2 hours.
