Hi Guys. i want to draw a glyph by walking through its stroke point or path outer and inner point . i want to get the points of the path or stroke diminesions like this glyps { (0,0) , (10,10) ,(20,20) } and so one .. then i can move with a brush on it .. my problem is how to get these points ? i googled for some time , and i m confused . i tried some tools to get such points from TTF files , but it seems that points in these files is not a path made of polylines , it is points(control and real points) of quad curves or even more complex curves . tried inkscape but still not big luck .. so any ideas ?or any tool i can get the points by? Hello Everyone, As you may know, Ubuntu One, which is (was) Ubuntu`s free cloud service, is no longer supported and will be terminated on July 1st 2014. So what not? Many are turning to SyncDrive, a free program that imports your Drive files to your Ubuntu computer, so if you have a Google account, cloud storage is still possible. Priority Hub is yet another jailbreak tweak for iPhone that focuses on customizing the Lock screen. This time, it takes its cues from BlackBerry 10 and feeds you only the notifications you want, one app at a time. While the styling of Priority Hub is a little different than the actual feature in BlackBerry 10, the concept is very much the same. You can choose to filter Priority Hub's notifications on the top or bottom of your screen. Karl Heiselman, CEO of brand consultancy firm Wolff Olins Global, is leaving to join Apple's marketing communications team. Both Heiselman and Wolff Olins have confirmed the move though, unsurprisingly, no other details were offered. Hi all, right after doing a defrag, this problem started. I've seen one other post from an XP user experiencing something similar, but nothing too helpful. The issue is the icons in the notification area, at least some of them were hidden by the little arrow (chevron) that you click, and the others are revealed. Now, the chevron is not present, and all icons are there at once. All the settings look good as far as I can see, but the problem remains. "Hide inactive icons" is selected in taskbar properties. If you click the "customize" button, all the individual items are shown, active and past, and they're all set to "hide when inactive" …

I have an HP Pavillion PC that I bought 10 years ago. The hard disk finally crashed. I replaced it, formatted it and install XP from the original CD. It asks me for SP3. Dell Vostro 1500 laptop with Windows XP Professional, my DVD drive TSSTcorp L632H will not read my Windows 8 upgrade disk. It will read other DVDs. I have updated the firmware. The drive properties is showing type as CD Drive with file system unknown with disk image blue but used space and free space as 0. Using device manager, when I ask it to populate the volume it is showing disk as CD-ROM 0, Type DVD, Status No Media, Partition Style Not applicable, Capacity, Unallocate space and Reserved Space all show as 0. When I shut down my computer last night is started installing the latest updates. It got to 4 of 7 and after 12 hours is still on 4 or 7. I tried to shut down the computer and it won't shut down. I have iTunes on my old PC, a Windows 7, and I want to transfer all my files to my new Windows 8. I want to be able to keep the playlists, the play counts, the song ratings, etc. for my new computer. Hello. For the past, about 6 months, Windows 8 hasn't been working like it's support too. When the problem first occurred, I restored my laptop to a week before hand, but that did nothing. I've tried changing account and it still won't work. The only way that I can open desktop programs is by opening the task manager and right-clicking "open file location.". When I sign into an account, it goes straight to the desktop, but it shows no icons of the desktop background, it shows a black screen with the taskbar at the bottom. Hi, I'm recently bought a Windows 7 laptop and am using Windows Media Player 12 (all latest updates installed). All of my music is saved on a NAS drive. I can get Windows Media Player to see the NAS drive and my music in the "Other Libraries" section. I have been saving photos for years in folders in my picture library and all of a sudden, since last week, I can't "save as" like in the past. When I go to chose a folder in my picture library it is empty. Default is untitled and the "save as type" is only .png and .bmp. I am having to save as a .png then go into paint and edit but I'm not sure why this happened in the first place and I spent all afternoon yesterday trying to figure out how to change the options. Under my top Folder (first tier) named 'Bill', I have a folder (second tier) for 'My Music' and another folder (second tier) for 'My Pictures'. However, under the folder (second tier) for 'My Music' I have another folder (third tier) named 'My Pictures" which is identical in content to the contents of the (second tier) folder my pictures. If I try to delete the (third tier) folder for My Pictures it also deletes the (second tier) folder for My Pictures. Dear Microsoft Community I am working on a friends laptop and I can see about 5 programs in the programs and features folder to uninstall but I cannot see the other programs. Could you give me some guidance with this problem please. I have added this screenshot and if you can notice; the programs and features folder just shows a few items, the main menu folder the same and the folders within the mail folders show that their folders are empty.
